Once again the International Young Retreat is taking place in the beautiful forest of Värmland, Sweden.
Being the main meeting point for young Acem meditators all over the world, the retreat includes long 3 – 5 hours meditations, seminars, guidance, walks in the forest, swimming in the Lake Mangen – and sauna.
The event will take place from the 30th of July to the 6th of August at Lundsholm Nordic retreat center, Åstenäs, Sweden.
