Expanded language options and extended deadlines at this year’s communication course

Acem Training in Interpersonal Communication

Acem’s Training in Interpersonal Communication helps you improve your ability to work with others while retaining and developing your own individuality. This year’s course will have English, German, Spanish, and Scandinavian groups. The registration deadline has been extended to 15 April, with 1 April for early-bird registration. The course takes place 25 April – 3 May 2015 at Acem International Retreat Centre Halvorsbøle, Norway.

The communication course is an opportunity for in-depth exploration of patterns of communication and underlying psychological issues. It provides opportunities to enhance empathy and sensitivity, interpersonal social skills, leadership qualities, conflict management, understanding of group-dynamics, and self-knowledge. The benefits can be felt both in professional and private life.

The course will be led by Acem’s founder, Dr. Are Holen, a psychiatrist and professor emeritus at the Faculty of Medicine, Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Along with a highly-qualified and experienced crew of group leaders, he has developed Acem’s communication courses since 1970.
