Rich and varied World Retreat programme

two womenThe World Retreat programme centres on the long meditations. They are preceded by morning yoga and followed by guidance groups as well as evening seminars with Acem’s founder Dr Are Holen. Every day there is time for walking and talking in the forests, grasslands and mountains nearby. In addition, you can choose from several parallel workshops in the afternoon, and informal social activities in the evenings make it easy to get new friends and contacts from different parts of the world.

Remember to register for the World Retreat before 15 May 2016, in order to get the early-bird discount.

  2. Meditation itself is without music – just a meeting with yourself!
    But that doesn’t mean music can’t be nice – and meditative!
