Three Acem meetings 23. – 26.9.2019 in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Groningen
New Perspectives from the latest books of Yuval Noah Harari and Acem.
Presented by Rolf Brandrud, a teacher in Acem Meditation.
Meditation is the concluding 21st lesson in Harari’s bestseller “21 Lessons for the 21st Century”. It is also the core in Acem’s new book about “The Power of the Wandering Mind”. Neither finds the answers to the challenges of the modern world in religion, in ideology or in mythology.
Harari’s focus is rather on “Seeing Reality as it is” through observing our inner life in mind and body. Meditation is also the core of Acem’s book “The Power of the Wandering Mind”. Acem’s focus is to create enhanced inner freedom for “the Power of the Wandering Mind” to unfold its natural healing power for body and mind. Both approaches represent clear contrasts to the attitude found in other meditation methods.
Yuval Noah Harari is an Israeli Historian, author of “Sapiens”, “Homo Deus” and the book mentioned above, which has sold in 8 million copies worldwide.
Rolf Brandrud is a speaker, editor and teacher of Acem Meditation in the US, Netherlands, Germany and Scandinavia.
Amsterdam: Monday 23 September.
Groningen: Tuesday 24 September.
Rotterdam: Wednesday 25 September.
The meetings will start at 19:30 p.m. and end at 21:00 p.m.

Hello from Australia
Sorry I cannot make your talks (!) but I would love to hear what you have to say, especially about Harari. He practices Vipassana. How is that similar and different to Acem meditation, Rolf?
